"My Fair Lady" was built by HS Bemister and Sons of Bridge Wharf, Christchurch, England, in 1962. She was the first of the Walter Rayner designed Atlantic Power Ketches. 54 were built in wood (38 ft LOA: Mark 1).
Constructed of British Honduras mahogany 1" planks on steamed English oak frames, with copper and bronze fastenings, she is a very sturdy and reliable sea-boat. The ketch rig is simple and safe. She has a long keel and a cast-iron ballast keel of 3.5 tons. Ford "D" series 80 HP in-line 4 cylinder diesel. Regularly maintained. Last refit in 2009. Removed both masts and replaced all steel fittings with new marine grade S/S. Stripped and re-painted both masts. Renewed elements of steel tabernacles and tabernacle beds replaced. Complete re-paint.

A true cruising yacht able to cope with the worst weather. Also a safe and comfortable home.
